The first prototype of Yeti's SB6C annihilated the rest of the field in its debut at the Enduro World Series. Not a bad start. SB6C stands for Super Bike, 6-inches of travel, built from Carbon. The secret to its incredible performance sits covertly in the Switch Infinity link, which utilizes a translating pivot that switches direction as the bike moves through its travel, providing excellent pedaling performance and unbelievable support as it gets deeper into the travel. Fox Racing manufactures the rugged hardware that makes up Switch Infinity while a Fox Float X CTD shock works perfectly with the system to deliver a dream-like ride. It's completely independent of pedaling forces and rider movements, so it works whether you're mashing the pedals or hard on the brakes. The SB6C’s geometry is inspired by Yeti pro Jared Graves and the company’s storied history with gravity-influenced riding — long top tube, low bottom bracket, and slack head angle. Other frame details include a tapered head tube, carbon armoring in key places, and a stiff 142 x 12mm rear thru-axle. This bike demolishes Enduro tracks, bike parks, and big, backcountry excursions. And so will you.
