This trainer is smooth and quiet. The ap works well; but sometimes it does not sync with my phone. I need to turn off the blue-tooth and then turn it back on; then it syncs. I like having a record of my workouts. when it works; the ap is easy and it appears to be accurate. the trainer itself is rock solid
To prepare for winter months I wanted to buy a quiet(er) smart trainer. I wanted to try Zwift. The Kinetic trainer was quick and easy to set up although I needed to purchase an additional axle (skewer) for $50, to put my 2016 Raleigh on the trainer. Once that was squared away, I was off to the races. It's a solid ride, no sway, no creaking...just solid. Although I'm somewhat of a beginner, I've sprinted up to 500 watts and this rig didn't wiggle or creak a bit. I also purchased the kinetic pad that goes under the trainer and I think it was also worth purchasing. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because I have yet to experience the wheel off model that runs for $1000+. I imagine that's gotta be as realistic as it gets.
