Twitter Updates from Frost Bike 2009

Frost Bike is the annual winter cycling trade show put on by Quality Bicycle Products (QBP). QBP is an amazing organization. We choose to buy an overwhelming percentage of our parts and accessories from these guys because they are redefining the term “customer service”. Besides that they offer competitive pricing, great selection, and an environmental ethic we relate too. As a business owner, I am constantly learning how to treat my customers better by following in QBP’s footsteps. Jannine and I are so PSYCHED to see how they do it first hand!
