PO Box addresses are ONLY accepted for 'In Store' items being shipped direct from Fitzgerald's Bicycles. If you have items coming from one of our warehouses you must provide a physical address.
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Additional shipping charges may be added upon checkout or you may be contacted if your shipment is deemed oversized prior to shipping.
We ship bikes to the Continental U.S. for $75 or $125 for Fat Bikes. Extra charges apply for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. Please call the shop at 208-787-2453 to confirm rates.

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
Web Store Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. Items must be in original packaging and be in new condition. We do not accept returns of demo bikes, sale or clearance items. Buyer pays for return shipping unless Fitzgerald's Bicycles made an error in shipping.

Items purchased in the store or for in store pick up are subject to our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. We strive to sell the right products to make your cycling experiences exceptional, but realize not every product meets expectations after having the opportunity to use them. A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Items purchased In Store or for store pick up may be returned for a full refund in new or used condition. Items returned in new condition in original packaging that were purchased in store or for store pick up may be returned for a full refund or store credit. Items returned in used condition that were purchased in store or for store pick up may be returned only for a full store credit. Custom bikes are only eligible for a refund of store credit.
